O-SEA-D Return & Refund Policy
O-SEA-D wishes to achieve 100% satisfaction from our customers. If for any reason you need to return items for a refund or exchange, please follow the procedure listed below and the process will be easy.
O-SEA-D allows up to 60 days for exchanges and returns. This time begins on the day of purchase. The items must be in the same condition we delivered them in. Please ensure the items are :
- Not used or worn
- Odor free
- In new condition with hang tags
If the items are not in the condition described above we will not exchange or refund them.
Write a note or write on the packing slip what you would like done, for instance exchange this for a different size or I would like a refund for this product.
- If you return the item(s) with the packing slip then just specify if an exchange is needed, what you need in exchange or a refund is desired.
- If you don’t return with the Packing Slip then put a note in the return packing envelope with the following information:
- Order #
- Your Name
- Your Address
- You phone number
- Your email
- Exchange or Refund and why
- For exchanges, we will exchange your items for an equal valued item
Place your returns with your Packing Slip or note in a similar size package that we shipped your products in.
Shipping and Handling Fees aren’t refundable. You’re going to have pay for the return shipping. Make sure that what ever shipping service you use to ship your returns to us have a Tracking Number. O-SEA-D won’t be responsible for lost items. We will pay to ship the exchanged items back to you. Send the returns to:

Once we get your return, O-SEA-D will look over the items and make sure they are in the condition described above. Then we will ship your exchange or refund your account. We don’t refund any shipping or handling fees including any fees O-SEA-D incurs on FREE SHIPPING.
